Business Spotlight: Transform Chiropractic

Dr. Stephanie Masek opened Transform Chiropractic Wellness Center in January 2023 with families and community in mind. At Transform, the goal is to give patients just that – transformation of mind, body, and spirit. Dr. Masek wanted to meet patients' needs through a clinical, high-quality, nervous system-focused lens.

With patients coming from all over the metro area, Dr. Masek chose Shoreview for its central location, local amenities, and nature. She sees Shoreview as a hub for growth, knowing a lot of young families are planting roots here.

Transform helps patients of all ages and stages achieve lasting health improvements. With a focus on family wellness, they can provide care from preconception through pregnancy. In addition, they offer pediatric, newborn, and postpartum treatment.

“Transform Chiropractic is really a home for a lot of people, and that’s what we want to create,” Dr. Masek said. “Community is the transformation, and what that really means to us is that people are coming here, and they’re not just coming, receiving their care, and leaving.”

Dr. Masek knows what it’s like to be on both sides of healing. As someone with a history of chronic health issues, she saw huge shifts in her health after beginning chiropractic care. Now, she provides care to patients with a variety of issues, from POTS to birth trauma. Dr. Masek connects to patients with empathy, empowering them to reach ambitious milestones.

With an intentional set of core values leading the team at Transform, the work is about much more than just appointments. They aim to be the best support system possible both in and outside of their chiropractic care. Sometimes, that can even look like home visits or adjusting kids in car seats from the parking lot.

Transform's main goal is to empower individuals to take charge of their own health. The clinic's dedicated team works alongside patients to restore and rebuild wellness. New patients begin with an evaluation, allowing the team to understand their health history and map out wellness goals. All neurologically-focused care can be changed over time to best fit patient needs.
