A strong business community is key for businesses to grow, retain, and expand as well as attract new businesses to the area. The City of Shoreview works hard to help build that strong community by offering resources, networking events, education opportunities and communication between businesses and city officials. 
One example of this is the Open to Business. Offered by Ramsey County, this program is designed to provide free assistance and support to small business owners and entrepreneurs located in Shoreview. From business plan development to licensing and regulatory assistance and many things in between, business owners and current or aspiring entrepreneurs are encouraged to participate.
